need to remortgage your house as they're not cheap.

Hi all,
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to bettering my code =
skills (skills being none)?
I really understand the need to better myself in this area and also in =
css.
Books, online tution or any sort of educational material needed.
Please bear in mind that im fairly new to hand coding but do =
understand the concepts.
Css seems to be a much better route to work with after viewing many =
postings in the forum.
I would also hope that I didnt upset anyone earlier with my posting!
