RE: FN-FORUM e-brochures

Lindsey,
I would assume your client was asked if they would like to download the exe
first? I would on principle at that stage cancel and delete the email!
Would it not be better to provide a link to the company website or even
build the html email so it referenced the website? and then show the flash
or whatever...

Subject: FN-FORUM e-brochures
Hi all
I have a client who has asked me about e-brochures. He had one sent
which was a html mail and when you clicked on the picture it downloaded
an .exe file from the creators website and opened a full screen
portfolio, presumably shockwave or flash.
Does anyone have experience in this? It seems a bit long winded to me
and a bit dodgy automatically downloading a file onto a computer.
Thanks
Lindsey Hill
