Frontpage

I have a client that wants a simple site designed and built to advertise a
property he has in Florida. Not sure at the moment exactly what the content
will be but there will be 2-4 pages with images, contact details etc.

He wants to be able to "play around" with the site when I have finished by
opening pages in Frontpage. I have no experience of FP and so can anyone
offer any advice on any problems he may come up against if I am creating the
site using DW/Hand coding. Also I will use a Mac and he has a PC.

What would others charge for such a small site/pages? I have hourly fees but
feel it may be better to offer a project fee in this case + release fee for
the files.
