Hi,
Found this web site that maybe of help:
http://www.x86.org/intel.doc/intelmotherboards.htm
I found this doing a general search in Google and found the following
site with links:

Might be of use to you. Your prob may stem from anyone of those you
mentioned. Maybe you actually can't put strips in any larger than 128...
Good luck!

Subject: FN-FORUM Fujitsu PC Question...
Hi all...
I've just inherited a PC from my father-in-law, which I want to
upgrade a bit. It is one of those Fujitsu ones that Tesco were
flogging a couple of years ago: PII/466, 64MB RAM and Win98. I thought
it might be useful as a server, given a bigger hard drive and some
more RAM...
So here's the question, which arises from the fact that I basically
know nothing useful about hardware: I bunged a 256MB DIMM in with the
intention of upping the memory, but it refuses to believe that it has
more than 128MB. I'm wondering if there's some BIOS/jumper/whatever
issue here, but there's sod all information with the system, so I'm a
bit lost.
Any hints gratefully received!
