There isn't a correct - it depends entirely on how many additional bars are
in the browser and what browser. My IE6 has 400px free, my IE4 420px and my
Mozilla has 434px free at 800x600. There are so many bars that you can add
and subtract (status bar, favourites, google/yahoo/whateverbar, small/large
icons, etc) - 470px would of produced scrollbars on all of my browsers.
