Surprisingly enough http://www.starfish.com - but that's not a lot of use as
all it will tell you is that Sidekick is a) discontinued and b) no longer
supported...

I would start by looking to see what export capabilities there are within the
available copy - I'm fairly certain it could output into at least a couple of
adequately generic formats and from there you'll be able to go anywhere you
want.
