Depends very much on the existing backend, what features are required
for the e-commerce part, how payments will be dealt with. It's going
to be expensive though, and if you need a fixed cost at some point,
you will probably have to provide people with a complete spec, or work
with someone closely to work out the best web-side solution etc.
