I have a copy sitting on my desk, waiting to be installed ;>

I would have thought that your client would need a *different* license
(ie their own copy)...? (although I'm not convinced that's your problem
here)

Any error messages, etc??

(oh and "Sending to myself works fine" might suggest a user problem at
their end ;>)
