Layout/Design review please

Hi

I'd appreciate some feedback on my new site template:

Don't stress too much about standard compliance yet as I've only had half an
eye on that.

For now I'm more interested in a few inconsistencies between IE/Opera/NS7 on
Windows (not tried Unix yet)

Most annoying is the 'Satisfied Customers' area on the right where
a) It won't stretch down to the bottom blue banner
b) The heading gets that odd white bit in Opera/NS7
