It's certainly the opposite of free (you have to buy some Cisco kit) and may
not be what you are after but I once set up a system thus:

It enabled some bods who were using the office to see the shared
services/servers and connect to the internet but anything connected to
either VLAN was hidden from the other.
As I said, maybe expensive and overkill, but it worked a treat
