Email software

Hi

I was wondering if anyone in the forum uses any email software to send and manage email marketing campaigns. One of my clients has an ACT database, but you can't send HTML emails using ACT. She would like to be able to send HTML and plain text emails using a low cost but effective email marketing software package that integrates with ACT.

Any ideas where to begin looking?
