It can - it uses the terminology of "Red, Orange, Green" interfaces. IP Cop
is based on Smoothwall anyway and is my preferred choice of the two as the
development of it is more open than Smoothwall.
Unfortunately, neither of them seem to treat the orange segment as
completely as the green segment, which is why I said it may not be enough
for the original poster.
