IPCOP 1.2 new install/upgrade

Afternoon all,

Just a simple question (hopefully). I have just upgraded from IPCOP 1.1 to 1.2.

The installation went well, I chose USB ADSL instead of ISDN. I can see the ipcop box across the windows network via a web-browser ok.
I chose the USB ADSL interface on the PPP setup, set the persistant connectio flag & the connect on restart, also I have disabled the idle timeout.

I uploaded the USB ADSL Firmware (the mgmt.o file) which I had downloaded from the alcatel speedtouch site (yes its a frog).
I have entered teh username and password (same as the previous install) and the method is pap or chap (as before too).

Unfortunately it will not establish a connection, can anyone advise me as to where I am goign wrong?
