FN-FORUM HOASTING ASPA

I know this subject gets posted on here often but im after a good host a
cheap one really for my client with the following...

- 100Mb of space (can be less way less infact)
- 5 POP3 email accounts and free forwarding
- CGI / iASP / PHP
- No banner upgrade
- FrontPage Extensions (98/2000)

All that for about £140 + VAT

Basicly im looking for something similar but cheaper the web space can be as
little as 10mb any suggestions or help with this?
