Skia font required

Hi all

I've been asked by a client to do some work; I need the font "Skia". I
gather from my online searchings that this is an apple-only font - does
anyone have a PC version (or close equivalent) they can point me to...?
Supposedly it's on Mac OS 9 and later but I don't know what format that
will be or whether it'll be compatible with PCs...?
