The body text has to be text. Text as images should be avoided wherever
possible. There's loads of space to use. I'd also make the pictures larger
and more enticing, if you can.

If you look at your validation at 3 levels;
(1) Client side - you can use javascript or vbscript, but using vbscript
will only allow you to run on IE, so best stick with javascript if at
all possible...
