Forget speeders ... I'd cheerfully fire a Stinger missile up the arse of
the under-speeders who chug along at 50 in 60 zones out on the A roads,
when the conditions are perfect and the road's wide and empty and if
they're not in a hurry to get to their destination then it's only fair
that every poor bastard behind them shouldn't be in a hurry either,
