Speeding in itself isn't necessarily the danger - speeding 'recklessly'
is the danger - just as driving slowly can be a danger as if it
obstructs a reasonable traffic flow it can frustrate following traffic
sufficiently to cause them to do something reckless in order to get
past.

Since when has driving been solely about speeding. If some drivers enjoy
chugging along, they've a perfect right to do so. What speeders seem to
forget is that in speeding all over the place they're putting other
lives at risk.
