Hi Nigel,
I have a web service on my site at http://www.anderson.uk.com/postalDemo.asp
it may be out of date as I'm not sure when the new postal rates come in...It
uses microsoft.XMLHTTP have a look and let me know. I am in the process of
rewriting it as an ASP.NET WEB Service that will accept SOAP requests.
