More beautiful designs

I keep a rolling list of favourites in various design categories. One of
these is "Gorgeous design" which is irrespective of usability. (I also have
a set of effective designs...)

I'm planning to write a training manual on a topic roughly along the lines
of "how to design usable and attractive sites". My quest is for designs that
are both lovely to use (ergonimic), and aesthetically appealing... and there
are examples out there. I would love to hear of sites anyone's done/found
that score highly on both counts.
