I would image so, only 2 weeks in jail and the car being trashed.
Nowhere near good enough for them, perhaps some local stocks could be
set up and two weeks kept in them would be a bigger deterrent than 2
weeks in prison. You could then also have a thriving business in selling
tomatoes and eggs (for throwing at them!).
