I don't believe so.
I am not talking about suicidally pulling into their path.
I am talking cases where you can pull out, get up to the speed limit
of 30/40 in a few seconds (2.5l helps, bike no problem) before they
arrive -
and then they lean on their horn as they need to break
(because that type of driver would never consider slowing down
before hand ) but if they hit me in the rear then, how can I be at fault?
Anyway I posted this original one when I was tiddly
(what percentage of this forum's posting are done like that?!)
and I think this debate has probably run it's course!
