What error message do you get when you click start in personal web manager.
You do have a valid HTML doc called either Default.htm,index.htm or
default.asp in the right location (not just an empty folder), don't you?
Or wrong winsock version, no TCP/IP stack.
At least it can't be permissions if it's PWS (unless you're running NT4).
