NTL BROADBAND & ROUTERS

I've got a Farallon Netline BroadbandGateway 4s I'm trying to connect up to NTL Broadband, the software is seeing the Apple Macs on my side but cant seem to connect up to NTL, has any one done this, how do you get round the NTL problem.
