Which version? I can sell you our Exchange 5.5 server in a small org course
notes on CD.

Read the MS whitepapers on Disaster recovery. What's the job. Exchange
doesn't really take any support, it just sits there and works most of the
time. Sometimes you have to fiddle with the MTA.
