I'm still with them. Hosting hasn't been too bad for nearly two years now
(since their last complete catastrophe). E-mail's was very erratic for a
couple of days last week with limited numbers of connections. Quite a
persistent problem with e-mail servers being overloaded, which gives a 'try
again in a minute' error message. Telephone support has been fairly good
although it can take a while to get real problems fixed because you don't
deal directly with engineers as such - they run a few diagnostics and then
get someone onto the case.
Oh yes - and they have 'RPC server is unavailable' a lot. I find it happens
on asp sites if nobody visits them for a couple of days. It registers as an
'out of process ISAPI extension' failure in the logs. They say it's a flaw
in IIS.
This is all on a windows 2000 account, by the way.
Hope that helps,
Karl
