Providers for ASP.NET Hosting

As we're vaguely on the topic, has anyone got any suggestsions (based on
experience) for someone to provide ASP.NET hosting (or of course suggestions
for those to avoid!)?

Needs are intially: Cheap etc for demo and test purposes; then (hopefully):
something rather more serious for the live system. In both cases one /has/ to
be able to upload one's one .dlls for code behind.
