I went through this myself for a few months at the end of last year.

I almost exploded on one occasion when I was accused of being incompetent
and a few other things verging on the libellous. The client then realised
that they'd loused up.....:-)

It was with great pleasure that I handed over teh site maintenance to
soemone else in early January, and with any luck I might even offload the
hosting side of things soon as well...:-)

Whats annoying me at the moment is a couple of users. I installed a new
ticketing system and so far they account for 50% of the requests. I've had
at least 4 "Website down!!!!!! You must fix it now!!!!!!!!". Its not like
they have a dodgey connection is it? Oh no
