If you are NOT registered for VAT then yes. Although you don't deduct your
expenses from your income tax bill - you deduct them from your gross income
before working out tax.

They send to a whole ISP's IP block. The company say this is not for
spamming just for your own network, but their screen shots clearly show that
the software has pre-set IP ranges with major ISP name...

I use NTL and have a 1megbit connection. It seems much more stable then the
cable provider I had in the states. I am rather happy with it.

I use Blueyonder. Very few complaints, they appear to be the cheapest per
month and the installation was very fast - cosy about £50 if I recall. I
have had very very little downtime.
