Any recommendations for network cards

I'll be working in Edinburgh for the next few months so am getting
blueyonder broadband installed in my home there.

To facilitate this I need to install some network cards in my machines
so looking for recommendation on pc based cards and also pcmcia cards
that will work with blueyonder.
