Yes, I have experience with Actinic, it is relatively easy to incorporate
your own designs, read the advanced user guide, it's really as simple
copying the header, footer and tags from the body of the Act_Primary.html,
so pick a basic template design that loosely resembles the layout of you
current site and use it as the basis for developing the main template
(Act_Primary.html) you can then edit the other templates to change the
format / layout of content.
If you want to hire me to develop the template for you let me know. :)
