Anything that you can get a driver for will work - it's just Ethernet. It
only runs at 10,so no point getting and expensive card. I had mine running
on a old 3com ISA card until recently.
If you are going to be using a machine with two cards rather than a router,
get tow different cards so you don't forget which is which when tired or
hungover. ;-)
