There's a little java app called Sloppy which will do it for one page at a
time - don't know how accurate it is but probably better than nothing.

I'm sure someone else asked this question recently, so apologies if it's
been answered but if it was I missed it! :)

I'm trying to find out if there's a way to throttle a broadband connection
to simulate a much slower link - does anyone know if there is a little app
around that would do this?
