From my time as a councillor (and things may have changed!) you need to keep
a log of the barking i.e. time, length of time went on for etc. I would also
speak to the environmental services dept...

I'm a bit of a spazzer when it comes to flash. The drawing movie on
www.monsterland.co.uk has an annoying problem - if you are drawing, and
release the button, it stops drawing, which is fine...

On having a quick play in PS my thoughts are that stencil sans is too heavy
for reproducing this. As Kai says, I'm sure I've seen it before, so search

Can't answer the first but ad doesn't require dhcp, or dns, to run on the
dc. In fact dhcp shouldn't run on the dc if server needs to update records
for clients older than win 2k. See Dynamic Updates...
