No, I haven't. To be honest I usually use local printers but this is the
client that has found printing.com and has decided to use them.

They were extremely unhelpful. They use macs and so do I but they
couldn't send me a freehand eps file that I could open. At least its
the clients choice and not on my head if it comes out wrong.
