Make sure that the SHTM files are in the root, so for IIS.

Google wouldn't use the ARIN database for IP locations as it means
diddly squat these days. I can guarantee that half of the IP addresses
used on servers and routers within Telehouse (Docklands)...

they allow hosting as long as your not using it as an e-mails forwarding
tool, and it was with them the IP kept changing.. however they are cheap ;o)
