Also another favourite of mine is a fish pie - layer of mackerel, topped
with veggies of your choice (carrots, peas, onion etc.) and a top layer of
mash potato, garnish with slices of tomato and grated cheese in the oven for
40 mins. Add the cheese and tomato 1/2 way through.
