Hi,
that's fixed it.
Or it didn't until I swapped the name space declaration to use;
From
Cos it didn't recognise under the older one. I think the
older one was being used cos we developed this to run with an older
version of MSXML that didn't support the later one. But now we're on
MSXML4.0 I think we should be fine.

The 3D display garbled the code a bit for me ... but you could try
loading the customer name into a variable first as it could be a context
problem:
