I'd rather have the copper's coffers increased by fines from speeders than
even more tax. I'm not naive enough to think it'll make much of a
difference, but rozzers with more dosh can't be that much of a bad thing.
With any look soon they'll have nice body armour, helmets and lawgivers and
be able to excute perps for jaywalking.
