There might be a problem with their name servers (perhaps a router down
between their name servers and the rest of the world). I'm on Blueyonder,
but I use my own DNS, not theirs and can't see it.

I would steer well clear of BT broadband.
Why not get a second line installed, specifically ask for it to be
suitable for ASDL - if it isn't then cancelling the order should be

Yeah looks like a color mis-match with the flash / browser
interpretation of the blue... You can overcome this by using a small 2x2
