Tony - The code you require depends on how you are processing your form. I will
take a pot shot and guess that you are using Formmail.pl or the equivalent.
You will need to write a script that handles your form and deals with the file
writing.
I would recommend you have a look at PHP.
If you need a hand mail me off list.
