days. I've had the heavy load message a number of times.
I couldn't submit about 6/7 weeks ago but mangaged to add

VCDs are MPEG1 aren't they? It has to be encoded as an MPG with a specific
bitrate to be a VCD, otherwise it's just an MPG file - also, I think the
