Not in a formal sense though I have considered building a page or two (or
twenty) devoted to those who have totally p*ssed me off. Such as:
The Cable Company (now part of Telewest) - for such utterly atrocious
customer service that BT actually get brownie points in my eyes for at least
aspiring to offer good service - even though in reality it's like watching
the Keystone cops in action.
Albion Computers - central London Apple dealership for the way they treated
me during a contract I did with them (my blood's starting to boil again
already) - but I already got my revenge 40,000 UKP of someone's computer
purchasing that Albion MIGHT have gotten - except the client was too busy to
fuss with buying the kit himself and asked me to source.
Of course my bank - but I have to kiss their rear end regularly, so I'd
better leave them off any list - for now. btw - I did once upon a time
(different country and different bank) - from a position of strength - get
to tell my bank manager where to go. O-O-H W-O-W it felt good.
Sainsburys - for deciding to change the hours at their Penge store and close
at 8pm. What do you mean - there wasn't enough business to warrant it being
open to 10 pm - I LIKED the fact there was no queue!
Then there was the chocolate bar wrapper I couldn't tear open ...
I should actually give kudos to AOL as I've made money off their lousy
service and confusing software. I've once - actually twice - been hired to
straighten out their mess. Also I really like those ISP's that send auto-run
CDs to Mac users. They b*gger up their machines beautifully and a call-out
to straighten things out is usually two hours.
