week!

"After a pile up of trash following new holiday "Love Day", Homer gets sick
of hauling out the garbage every morning. After trying to fight city hall on
the garbage issue, Homer runs for Springfield Sanitation Commissioner
against Ray Patterson (Steve Martin) with the slogan "Can't Someone Else Do
It?". Also Guest Starring U2 and Paul McGuinness as Themselves."
