Possibly try speaking to someone at Kingston Communications.
They are based in Hull (East Yorks) and serve the whole area with their own
monopolised Tel/Broadband service.
But since OFTEL has got involved their prices are dropping.

NTL is an option...but last time I checked their price they were about =
2-3
times the price of bt broadband. Without a BT line they are rather =
limited.
