FN-FORUM: copyright about reproducing visa and mastercard...

Wonder if anyone has any ideas of where I can look up information about
copyright and / or other issues of reproducing credit card logos. I have
been asked to create an icon that represents the fact that a pub accepts
credit cards, but the icon shouldn't say in particular that the
establishment accepts, visa, mastercard, or any other card just accepts
cards in general. Is it the norm to just show a visa / mastercard symbol or
should I use something more generic. If I do use a visa / mastercard icon
will that suggest that the pub accepts that card only or credit cards in
general and is there any copyright issues involved??

Any thoughts appreciated.
