Our hosting company used to do that. We'd say something wasn't working,
then mysteriously they'd say "try now" and it'd start working again. Very
annoying

It is now working ok - thanks every one. The host say they haven't done
anything - it just seem to right itself in the last few minutes. Very
strange.
