Its pretty much true - burn CD, boot PC from CD, follow the instructions...

I think IPCOP is a bit harder (having just done it) and but the destructions
are reasonable and it didn't take me long (-: Its working out how to do the
clever stuff that's going to stress the grey cells (what few I have left).
