Yes, but I can't really comment on how good it is (it wasn't hard to install -
but I have an adequate level of background knowledge)

Hard to say, they'll both do very nicely - interesting thing was that one of
the founders of smoothwall wrote /very/ nice things about IPCOP 1.3 and it has
generally been getting a good press recently.
