You'd need to use something like Cleaner 6 or Canopus ProCoder to
convert the asf into MPEG2 for DVD, if the footage is low quality and
not hours and hours in length you could even encode it to MPEG1 for an
SVCD (which many but not all DVD players will play). You'd then need to
make a DVD using one of the many authoring packages (with or without
menu)...
